Systems Integrator (SI): These partners provide their clients with a wide range of IT- and business-related services, such as customized application development, application and back/front office integration, etc. With

KoolSpan technology, SIs can more easily and securely perform their service delivery as well as integrate additional customer protection and access. These partners can further extend their reach and capability by delivering additional services into the account in a cost-effective and user-friendly manner. Our dedicated account management, support delivery and ongoing customer service will ensure the success of enterprise-wide integration projects and deployments.

Service Provider/Outsourcer (SP): These partners provide continuous 24x7 services, such as hosting, telecommunications, connectivity, network management, and other types of business outsourcing. SPs can bundle KoolSpan’s solutions to provide their clients with a stronger security solution. The simplicity of the KoolSpan solution will compliment other technologies and provide stronger security, while decreasing equipment, customer support and internal delivery costs. Led by a dedicated account manager, our team will support the integration of KoolSpan into your organization, including pricing support, SKU creation, training, provisioning and back-end support coordination – all designed to ensure overall satisfaction and continuous operational performance.

Specialized Consultant (SC): These partners provide highly skilled services around best practices, policy development, security consulting, IT infrastructure and networking services. Clients regard SCs as “trusted advisors.” KoolSpan technology can be deployed to solve countless IT and security-related issues. SCs can take advantage of our strong training program to become experts on these deployments. Typically, our consulting partners use our technology as a tool to enhance service delivery and cut costs. These partners leverage "not for resale" pricing discounts created specifically for this category.
