Announcing New Look and Feel for KoolSpan TrustCall App

As the number of KoolSpan users grows, TrustCall is used by people around the world creating a global community. We cannot help but be proud seeing the TrustCall logo in different formats on a variety of screens and alongside multiple languages.

Our vision is to make secure calling easy, seamless and automatic, so much so that we often hear TrustCall users asking, “Why would anyone ever opt to make an insecure call?” This question reflects our mantra, that security is only as good as it is easy to use. In keeping with this philosophy, we recognize that the TrustCall design and user experience needed an improvement as well.

We understand that focus on the user and user experience is a key element of developing great software that people want to use. We work endlessly to improve the user experience, focusing on providing security seamlessly, eliminating as many extra steps as possible, while providing an app that is simple and intuitive.

We’re undergoing a transformation of TrustCall’s look, feel and user interface, while ensuring consistency and continuity across the KoolSpan brand, security and performance.

We strive to make the user experience as simple and seamless as possible, for the enterprise, SMB and consumer.

We are excited to announce the first phase, of the TrustCall redesign with TrustCall iOS version 5.6 and TrustCall Android version 7.6. We are introducing the new TrustCall app icon as well as brand new user interface. We will be rolling out the new TrustCall user interface in phases over the next few months as we improve design and experience.

“The new app icon provides a clean and modern look and feel,” says Quyen Hua, Head of Design at KoolSpan. “I decided to use the ‘K’ from the KoolSpan logo to expand and bring consistency to the brand, known for quality and security. I felt it was important not to lose sight of that, while refining the ‘K’ to reflect the progression of the UI/UX we are implementing for the future of TrustCall. I’m extremely excited about the development of the upcoming enhancements we have planned in the near future, stay tuned for more updates.”
