Jenkins Ravenel
Chief Executive Officer
Jenkins Ravenel has spent over 10 years consulting for international companies reporting to C-level executives. He has extensive experience in corporate governance and control and is a published mobility industry subject matter expert. Jenks’ experience includes over 23 years managing technology within a major global financial services company and is experienced in several Business Process Management methodologies. He is a Certified Green Belt – Six Sigma Methodology, “Design for Six Sigma” designation. He has extensive knowledge of multiple networking environments, business software packages, and wireless and mobile solutions for business.
Elad Yoran
Executive Chairman
Elad Yoran is Executive Chairman of KoolSpan, CEO of Security Growth Partners (SGP) and Associate Adjunct Professor at Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA). He is a 20+ year cybersecurity executive and entrepreneur, among other things having founded and led many foundational cyber companies. He serves as director at Infinidat as well as on several government and industry boards including the Army Cyber Institute, the Cloud Security Alliance, and previously, the FBI IT Advisory Council. Elad is the author of many articles going back to the original Internet Security Threat Report research papers. Elad’s cybersecurity entrepreneurial experience, for which he was honored as “Entrepreneur of the Year” by E&Y, includes Riptech, acquired by Symantec; MediaSentry, acquired by SafeNet; Sentrigo, acquired by McAfee; Vaultive, acquired by CyberArk and others. Previously, Elad served as VP Global Business Development at Symantec. In addition, Elad was a strategic investor and director/advisor to Red Owl Analytics, acquired by Forcepoint; NetWitness, acquired by RSA; ThreatGrid, acquired by Cisco; and Insightix, acquired by McAfee. Previously, Elad served as a U.S. Army officer and is a veteran of Operation Restore Hope in Mogadishu, Somalia. He is a graduate of the Wharton School and West Point.
Alessandro Ossoli
Chief Operating Officer
Alessandro has over 25 years of experience in innovative security solutions for enterprises, governments, carriers and public institutions internationally. In his role, Alessandro ensures KoolSpan’s product maintains the highest standards of quality and security, and KoolSpan’s business evolves to address and anticipate very demanding customer’s requirements in terms of security and performance. Alessandro holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunication at Politecnico di Torino University and a Master in Security Applied to Telecommunications. Before joining KoolSpan, he served as Senior Product Manager and Project Manager in Telecom Italia Mobile Carrier, managing the business development of innovative security solutions for smartphones. Alessandro is based in Italy.
Steve Kang
Regional Sales Director, Asia Pacific
Steve Kang has over 12 years of experience in the Information and Telecommunication Industry with extensive experience in Product Marketing, Account Management and B2B Sales Management. Before joining KoolSpan, Steve worked at Motorola Mobility in Korea, where he led Go-To-Market Strategy and developed a strategic partnership with SK Telecom, facilitating a sell-in of Mobile Smartphones. Prior to Motorola, Steve held a Sales and Product Marketing position with Samsung Electronics, where he was involved in marketing innovative products across international markets. He then moved to Sales where he built up B2B sales and managed major corporate accounts selling IT components. Steve holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Korea University. Steve also served in the Republic of Korea Army where he was awarded a certificate of Appreciation from Air Vice-Marshal of the U.S. Air Force for outstanding contribution of service to the U.S. Forces.
Dejan Momirovic
VP of Cloud Infrastructure and Operations
Dejan is the Vice President for IT Cloud Infrastructure and Operations at KoolSpan. He is operationally responsible for ensuring the global availability, integrity, and scalability of all KoolSpan IT systems and infrastructure. A co-founder and Vice President of Bethesda Robotics Inc., a UAS R&D software company, Dejan has over 20 years of IT operations and team management experience. He has designed and implemented Information Communication Technology solutions in more than 40 countries throughout Europe, Africa, Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East. Prior to joining KoolSpan, Dejan worked for Development Alternatives Inc., an international development corporation specializing in humanitarian consulting in developing nations. Dejan holds a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kragujevac University in Serbia and a Bachelor of Science equivalent in Computer Science from the University of New York.
Jason Powell
VP of Engineering
Jason Powell has over 20 years of experience in design, development and leading teams in the implementation of software and hardware solutions with a focus on reliable and secure communications, often in an environment with an unreliable or intermittent connectivity infrastructure.
Jason has a track record of successful implementation of systems in a variety of fields including aviation, agreculture, military, medical and IoT. Jason holds a Bachelor of Aeronautical Studies and Master in Information Assurance. He's currently living in Fargo, North Dakota.

As the VP of Quality and Products at KoolSpan, Tang is responsible for driving product direction, quality assurance, and operations within engineering. Tang has over 20 years of combined industry experience and is passionate about building teams and products that deliver our partners and customers the greatest satisfaction. Tang has repeatedly delivered enterprise software solutions with challenging requirements and tight schedules. His background in quality assurance and support has given him great insight into product development with strong user experience and customer focus in mind during the entire software development life cycle. Tang holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma. He's currently living in Potomac, Maryland.

Henrik Kindstedt is a seasoned leader in the cybersecurity industry, with extensive experience on both the vendor and channel sides. He has a proven track record of developing and implementing global sales strategies and spearheading go-to-market initiatives for various vendors. Recognized as a thought leader in the cybersecurity field for over 25 years, Henrik is a regular speaker at industry events.
Henrik recently joined Koolspan as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where he oversees all revenue-generating functions and activities worldwide.

David Asch
Strategic Advisor
David Asch has a 36-year career in startup and mid-stage commercial software companies. David began as a software developer for the first part of his career and subsequently moved into management, leading technical teams for over 20 years. He’s worked in various industries including Transportation, Supply Chain, Retail Analytics, Scientific Marketing, and Blockchain. In his role at KoolSpan as a Strategic Advisor, David ensures the alignment of the technical and business teams to transparently deliver dynamite products. In virtually all his managerial positions, David produced robust Enterprise Software-as-a-Service products in cloud-based environments. David founded 10xPrinciples, a Management/Organizational consulting company, to help technology companies navigate the transition from startup to mid-stage and to weave Agile practices into the fabric of their cultures. Prior to 10xPrinciples, David was Vice President of Product Development at Decisiv where he managed a large, distributed organization with employees scattered throughout the United States and offshore. David’s recognized expertise in company-wide Agile-driven management makes him invaluable to clients who need to implement Agile principles and methodologies into their unique business environments.
