TRUSTCALL TRIAL TERMS
This free trial offer from KoolSpan, Inc. is limited to qualified individuals who are not current or previous subscribers to TrustCall. If you respond to this offer but do not qualify for the free trial, we reserve the right to reject your order in our discretion. At the conclusion of the free trial offer, you will be offered the option to subscribe to TrustCall via your App Store or Google Play account. You may cancel at any time by contacting Support. You acknowledge that to use TrustCall you must download the applicable TrustCall app for your device and to agree to the to the End User License Agreement to use TrustCall. You consent to our using the information you submit to register for the free trial to determine whether you are qualified or not to access or use TrustCall under all applicable laws, rules and regulations. If any of the foregoing terms are not acceptable to you, you should not complete this registration application for TrustCall.
At the conclusion of the free trial offer, you will be offered the option to subscribe via the App Store or Google Play billing. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for TrustCall in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion; provided, however, that we will advise you at least 30 days in advance of any increase in price. The subscription fee for TrustCall will be billed unless and until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to TrustCall through the end of your monthly or yearly billing period. The subscription fee is fully earned upon payment. PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to TrustCall through the end of your current billing period. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members (“credits”). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance. At present, all payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play billing, although we may change payment processors at any time in our sole and absolute discretion.
