TRUSTCALL TRIAL TERMS
This 60-day free trial offer from KoolSpan, Inc. is limited to qualified individuals who are not current or previous subscribers to TrustCall. If you respond to this offer but do not qualify for the free trial, we reserve the right to reject your order in our discretion. This offer is only available to subscribers with a billing address in Mexico. Please note that you will automatically be billed a monthly subscription fee at an initial rate of $150 Mexican pesos, or an annual subscription fee of $1260 Mexican pesos, unless you cancel prior to the end of the 60-day free trial. You may cancel at any time by contacting Support. You agree to these payment terms that will apply to your subscription after the conclusion of 60-day free trial. You acknowledge that to use TrustCall you must download the applicable TrustCall app for your device and to agree to the to the End User License Agreement to use TrustCall. You consent to our using the information you submit to register for the free trial to determine whether you are qualified or not to access or use TrustCall under all applicable laws, rules and regulations. If any of the foregoing terms are not acceptable to you, you should not complete this registration application for TrustCall.
PAYMENT TERMS
By registering for the free trial, you authorize us to charge you a monthly or yearly subscription fee at the then-current rate together with any applicable taxes at the conclusion of the 60-day free trial. We will begin billing your credit card for the monthly or annual subscription fee access to TrustCall at the end of the 60-day free trial period unless you cancel before the end, and your subscription will automatically renew monthly or yearly unless you cancel prior to the start of the next billing period. Billing for each subscription monthly or yearly period is in advance starting on the 61st day after you first registered. For monthly subscriptions, if such calendar day is the 29th or later of a month, then in each other month the earlier of such calendar day or the last calendar day of a month will be used as the date for billing your next monthly subscription fee in that particular month (e.g., if your first credit card charge is on January 30th, then the next credit card charge would occur on February 28th (or 29th in a leap year)). We reserve the right to adjust pricing for TrustCall in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion; provided, however, that we will advise you at least 30 days in advance of any increase in price. The subscription fee for TrustCall will be billed unless and until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to TrustCall through the end of your monthly or yearly billing period. The subscription fee is fully earned upon payment. PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to TrustCall through the end of your current billing period. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members (“credits”). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance. At present, all payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., although we may change payment processors at any time in our sole and absolute discretion. TÉRMINOS DE PAGO (SPA)
Al registrarse para la versión de prueba gratuita, nos autoriza a cobrarle una tarifa de suscripción mensual o anual a la tasa actual junto con los impuestos aplicables al finalizar la prueba gratuita de 60 días. Comenzaremos a facturarle a su tarjeta de crédito el acceso a la suscripción mensual o anual a TrustCall al final del período de prueba de 60 días, a menos que lo cancele antes de que termine y su suscripción se renovará automáticamente mensualmente o anualmente a menos que cancele antes del inicio del próximo período de facturación. La facturación por cada suscripción mensual o anual se anticipa por adelantado a partir del día 61 después de su primera inscripción.
