Why You Will Enjoy Working with Us

We’re Focused

We compete with bigger, better-funded players. We win by focusing on our unique value proposition and ignoring the shiny objects that aren’t in our wheelhouse.

We’re Lean

We’re intentionally small and we hire judiciously. We deliver terrific, targeted solutions and lack the megalomaniacal instinct to conquer the entire world. Conquering our lucrative domain is good enough for us.

We’re Supportive

Our teams are diverse, scrappy, and compassionate. We’re educated risk-takers who celebrate success and forgive failure.

We’re Logical

At KoolSpan, the best idea wins regardless of who voices it.
